April Hendershot grew up and currently resides in Shepherd, Michigan with her husband of 25 years.   April began working at Great Lakes Medical Associates in October 2017 as a medical receptionist.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and traveling.

Ashley Evitts-Frankenfield Medical Assistant joined Great Lakes Medical Associates In October of 2018 after completing her education at Montcalm Community College in Sidney. Ashley feels blessed to be able to provide care for the community she has lived in her entire life.

Ashley grew up in Sheridan, and moved to the Edmore area in 2002, and currently resides in Alma with her two boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, being outdoors, and traveling.

Cayla Mount, RMA, joined Great Lakes Medical Associates in May of 2018 after completing her education at Ross Medical Education Center in Midland. Though Cayla loves providing assistance in the care of all patients, she has a passion for pediatric care and loves being involved in the care of children.

Cayla was born and raised in Montcalm County. She currently resides in Six Lakes with her much loved dogs Mudder and Dixie. In 2021 Cayla joined the Edmore Potato Festival community to better help the community.  In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dogs, being outdoors, volunteering in the community, and crafting.

Bridgette grew up locally in Edmore, and currently resides in Six Lakes. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, kayaking, and spending time with her Grandchildren. For the last 5 years Bridgette has held the position of medical receptionist which she finds great pleasure in helping her patients.

Heather Miller grew up and currently lives in Vestaburg, MI. Heather has one son and two daughters, as well as one grandson. Heather joined GLMAPC in 2019 taking on the role of medical receptionist. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with family, being outside, and binge watching her latest choice in a series.

Kaylee Chavez is a responsive Certified Medical Assistant, who brings 5 years of experience in delivering compassionate efficient care to every patient that she sees. Kaylee Completed her degree at Career Quest Learning Center In Mount Pleasant MI and in her spare time she enjoys Acrylic Painting and being involved in her community.

Lynette Cole, RMA, BHA, joined Great Lakes Medical Associates in July 2017 as the Practice Manager. Lynette is a Registered Medical Assistant, along with having a degree in Health Care Administration.

Lynette currently resides in Vestaburg, MI with her husband. She has 3 beautiful daughters and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys horses, fishing, gardening, and her dog Mydus.
