Preventative Care at GLMAPC
Our providers specialize in preventative care services for the whole family. Our preventative care includes routine check-ups, blood tests, immunization, high blood pressure screening, breast cancer screening, and STDs. In addition, we provide education on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices to prevent diseases.
Mental Health Care at GLMAPC
We care about you as our patient. With this in mind, we are assisting with the diagnosing and treatment of anxiety, depression, sleep issues, grief, and stress management. In addition, we can assist with primary evaluations for eating and addiction disorders with referrals to specialists as required. GLMAPC has joined with Dr. Rangwani to offer our patients collaborative care to help with mental health care. This program allows the patient to see their provider and care manager for routine mental health needs and benefit from the expertise of a psychiatrist without seeing the psychiatrist or receiving a bill for this.
Sports Medicine
We provide diagnosing and treatment for sports related injuries along with pre-participation exams. For patients that require advanced coordination of healthcare needs, we are proud to partner with area specialists and referrals as needed.
Illnesses and Injuries
We have same day appointments available for urgent illnesses and injury visits. Please call the office as soon as necessary to schedule an appointment.
Care Manager
Our Care managers are available to help our patients during complex times, dealing with illnesses, medications, or specialists. They work with the providers to guide patients through times of transition. The care managers are also essential in helping to meet your mental health care needs through coordination with providers and psychiatrist.
Telephone Service
Telephone service is provided by our office staff during the day and through an answering service for after hour calls. If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
